I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for Gatwick airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

As for breakfast offerings, I think there could have been a wider variety of options available.

This hotel is ideally placed for those flying in and out of Gatwick airport. Located in a nice area, it offers great value for money and attention to detail. The rooms are in good condition and come with complimentary drinks. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Breakfast is included in the rate and offers a variety of options for a satisfying start to the day.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of cooked food and yogurts, as well as dine at the on-site restaurant if they prefer à la carte options. The room is spacious and well-equipped with convenient amenities such as a tray charge and toiletries.

The total stay was wonderful for gatwick Airport overnight travellers. The accommodation had a central location to gatwick airport. Moreover, it's so close to another restaurant, a taxi instead of using the shuttle, and the "pub".

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in West Sussex and had a fantastic experience. The room was lovely, with comfortable amenities such as ironing facilities and a hairdryer. The food at the on-site restaurant was top-notch, with attentive staff and beautifully presented dishes. The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, making me feel well taken care of during my stay. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider returning.

Magnificent location to a landscaped park. Sensational breakfast for the start of the day with coffee in a cup nota paper cup, cheese plus bacon. Quick check-in, parking on site.

Stunning location really close to airport, well kept gardens and grounds and the pub, it's central. Also, it's 4 km from Tulleys Escape Rooms.

The hotel had a fantastic location - close to the airport and with easy access to parking. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and efficient during our stay. We also enjoyed the cosy atmosphere of the hotel's bar and restaurant, which offered a welcoming and relaxing setting.

We were disappointed that there was a charge for internet access during our stay. In this day and age, free internet should be a standard amenity. Additionally, we found the price difference between breakfast and dinner to be very minimal, which seemed confusing and a bit odd. our stay was decent and convenient.

The staff is pleasant, accommodating. The service is excellent, includes free parking.

The hotel was in a marvellous and easy location right by the Copthorne Effingham park and airport. The service was great, I had 1 sunny nights here. The staff was superfriendly - I would stay here again.

Handy location near airport, warm room with lovely toiletries, plenty of parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good facilities, polite and welcoming staff, convenient pub and restaurant on site, helpful reception.

Relaxing, spotless rooms and excellent amenities. Sensational breakfast for the quality, and courteous staff. Central location in the conservatory which had lovely views over the garden. Also - not far from airport, the Lion Dior restaurant and the Brasserie. Main bar in the hotel.

Clean and picturesque place, has cute views of gardens and parks. Polite and welcoming staff as one would expect. It offers exceptional service. The location is handy, 5 km from a landscaped park.

Their breakfast is such poor, can definitely be improved.

The stay here was great! We stayed overnight before flying out and for just a small upcharge, we were able to include parking for the duration of our trip. The access to the airport was easy and we arranged a cab through the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the en-suite was perfect. Also, we were pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary drinks upon check-in.

The only downside we experienced was with the food options. We tried to order lunch at the hotel, but the options were limited and not very appealing.

The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner here, I had warm dishes. The venue's position was central. This hotel was set in a lovely area.
